Hi Bloomers!
The last month has been full of a lot of life realizations and internal growth. One thing that has resurfaced is gaining the ability to trust the timing in your life, which is extremely important when it comes to entering the next chapter of your life. This is a topic that I covered at the beginning of the year, but I want to expand on this topic a little more with you all because the message will positively impact your life.
In the last post I shared two conscious choices you should keep in mind every single day in order to keep your head in the right space. One part of the conscious choice that I went over to progress in all areas of life is gratitude. Gratitude plays a big role with helping attract more of what you want in life and making rough times easier to get through.
Just think about it, when you are going through some rough patches in your life, we tend to complain and when we think things can’t get any worse, they do.
Do you know why? It’s because we are lacking gratitude in that particular area of our lives. Complaining is apart of human nature, so when something goes wrong we don’t just vent about what happened, we start complaining and look for more things to complain about.
Remember life is not intended to be perfect; you will always go through ups and downs whether it’s in your relationships, wealth, health, career, ect… On the other hand, although most of us know that gratitude is something that we should make a part of our lives, it’s something that is easier said than done. There are numerous benefits to adding gratitude to your life and I believe that it is my responsibility to share this information to the world to help enhance your life (at least to all my Bloomers).

Gratitude is something that we need to practice daily to make it naturally a part of our lives. In order to reap the benefits, here are 3 tips to help you make gratitude a part of your life
1.Write in your journal daily
List 10 blessings in your life you are grateful for each morning or before you go to sleep (keep it near your nightstand so you won’t forget to write in it)
By doing this it will help you gain clarity on what you want and you’ll get a new perspective on what you appreciate in your life.
2.Include an act of kindness in your life each day
It can be as simple as telling someone thank you or as big as doing something kind for someone. (Don’t make this a chore; let it come from the hurt without expecting anything back).
3.Avoid negative media and TV shows with destructive content.
What is one thing you are grateful for and why?
