Good morning Bloomers,

It feels so good to be back! So much change has happened over the last three months, it’s like, where do I begin?! For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you know I haven’t completely been away. I still do my morning workouts and share my newest routines on Instagram story and some highlights\ updates on Bloom. Fitness is a big part of my life and any tips I can give to my followers brings me joy! I started my health and fitness journey almost 3 years ago in August and It was one of the best journeys I have ever embarked on.
