7 Pieces Every Woman Should Own!

Down below are my seven go-to pieces in my closet. Life can get busy and sometimes I’m too lazy to put an outfit together. When this happens, I’d rather focus all my effort on eating or prepping my food for the next couple days. To make my life easier, I often choose to design some of my looks around these seven items when I’m pressed for time. I like these pieces because they are easy to pair with or accessorize. They are classic pieces that won’t be going out of style any time soon.

1.Black Clayton Rashida Dress

I love this black dress because it’s sophisticated, yet sexy at the same time. This dress can be worn to networking events, ladies night out, or a date night!

2.BCBGeneration Knit Blazer

Most people think I dress up every day when in all actuality, I’m not! My trick to looking like I put in extra effort is throwing on a blazer. All I do is throw on leggings, wear a blazer paired with my favorite bold statement piece (necklace), and finish the look with some pumps, and then I’m good to go. It’s always nice receiving compliments on my lazy days.

3.Christin Michaels Bolinda Maxi Dreess

My favorite dress to wear is maxi dress. They are comfortable, elegant, and cute enough to wear on any occasion.

4.LNDR Eleven Compression Performance Leggings

Leggings are my lifesaver because I rarely wear jeans. One of the reasons I like black leggings is because I can dress them up or down depending on where I’m going. I also love the way my thighs look in them! I purchased a pair of lulu lemon and LNDR Fuses Casuals leggings. They are both super comfortable, have good quality, and durable. I recommend everyone to invest in good quality leggings that flatter your figure, rather than buying a new pair every few months.

5.Jessica Simpson Pixy

Black pumps are a must have in your closet! I mostly wear them to work, so comfort is a must. This is why I swear by the Jessica Simpson Brand. Lord knows I cannot handle having cute shoes and painful feet; those days of beauty being pain, are long gone.

6.Eye Candy Los Angeles Cholie Statement Necklace

I believe the best way to complete an outfit is to accessorize. I love wearing a bold necklace with a seemingly plain outfit to make my whole look standout.

7.Bensimon Tennis Laced Sneakers

While I rarely wear sneakers, when I do, I either have my running shoes on or my laced white sneakers on. I love these tennis shoes because I can wear them with a maxi dress, leggings, or any comfortable outfit.

I do agree with the leggings. I’ve also wear my leggings with a tunic. It’s relaxing and comfortable . I feel casual for the work I perform. I wear it with sandals or sneakers. Keep up the good work Shaniece!
